Dragonet’s warranty offers peace of mind for two years after purchase, ensuring that your product is free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter problems that fall under our coverage such as manufacturing defects or malfunctions, please contact us for prompt assistance.

  • Exclusions: Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents).
  • Claim Procedure: Contact support with proof of purchase and serial number describing the problem encountered. Evaluation and instructions for repair/replacement.
  • Limitation of Liability: Repair or replacement of product; excluding incidental or consequential damages.
